History
The first for Dumfries & Galloway was found on the Drumlanrig Estate, Dumfriesshire on 18th May 1975 by E. C. Pelham-Clinton, the specimen now at National Museums Scotland. The first for Kirkcudbrightshire was of a leaf-mine found at Parton on 14th July 1994 by A. M. Emmet. The first for Wigtownshire was a leaf-mine found at Glenwhan Gardens, Dunragit, on 17th July 1994 by A. M. Emmet.
