Larvae August-March, adults May-June.

Larval foodplants

Thought to be the seeds, then dead leaves, of Privet, Sea Buckthorn, Ash and elms.


The first for Dumfries & Galloway was found at Caerlaverock NNR, Dumfriesshire, on 13th June 1981.
