History

The first for Dumfries & Galloway was found at Newlands, Dumfriesshire, on 18th May 1976 by Sir Arthur Duncan, specimen at National Museums Scotland, while the first for Kirkcudbrightshire was found at Lochaber Loch on 15th June 1996.
