Larvae: April-May in tightly-spun leaves.  Adults: May-September.

Goat Willow, Grey Willow, occasionally White Willow.

History

The first for Dumfries & Galloway was found at Wood of Cree, Kirkcudbrightshire, on 20th July 1979 by Sir Arthur Duncan, specimen at National Museums Scotland.
