Life cycle

Larvae: July-June in the rootstock and, probably, in the flower-heads.  Adults: May-August.

Larval foodplants

Oxeye Daisy, including cultivated varieties.


The first for Dumfries & Galloway was found in Glencaple, Dumfriesshire, on 28th June 2010 on Oxeye Daisy.
