History

The first for Dumfries & Galloway was of a larva found on Heracleum on the Threave Estate, Kirkcudbrightshire, on 14th July 1994 by A. M. Emmet, who also found the first for Wigtownshire that was of a larva found on Heracleum at Glenwhan Gardens at Dunragit on 17th July 1994, with the Dumfriesshire first being found at an unknown site by a person unknown prior to 1996 (MOGBI data).
