History

The first for Dumfries & Galloway was found at Killantringan Lighthouse, Wigtownshire, on 18th August 1914 by D. A. Mowat the keeper, while the first for Kirkcudbrightshire was found at Bargaly Lodge on 29th September 1992, with the Dumfriesshire first being found at Caerlaverock WWT on 11th September 2015.
