Larvae: July-April between two leaves spun as an open tube.  Adults: May-July.

Various trees and shrubs, also Blaeberry.

History

The first for Dumfries & Galloway was found at Tynron, Dumfriesshire, by Sir Arthur Duncan on 10th June 1944, who found the first for Kirkcudbrightshire at Kirkconnell Flow NNR on 16th June 1978, both specimens now at National Museums Scotland.
