Larvae: June-March in a pod or between tightly-spun leaves.  Adults: April-June.

Bitter-vetch, Bush Vetch.

History

The first for Dumfries & Galloway was found in Ae Forest, Dumfriesshire, on 23rd May 1957, while the first for Dumfriesshire was found at Troston on 7th June 1979 by Sir Arthur Duncan, specimen at National Museums Scotland.
