Larvae: June-April in a seed capsule.  Adults: April-June.

Bluebell or possibly Spanish & Hybrid Bluebells.

History

The first for Dumfries & Galloway was found in Colvend parish, Kirkcudbrightshire, during 1870 by Francis Buchanan White, while the first for Dumfriesshire was found at The Grove on 9th June 1977 by Sir Arthur Duncan, specimen at National Museums Scotland, with the Wigtownshire first being found at Carrickcundie, Drummore on 12th May 2014.
