Life cycle

Larvae: July-August in a reddish-brown spinning of dead leaves but feeding on a green leaf to which the brown spinning is attached.  Adults: May-June.

History

The first for Dumfries & Galloway was of three netted at Longbridge Muir, Dumfriesshire, on 29th April 2014 and verified by K. P. Bland.
