Mines: June-July; August-September; October.  Adults fly April-May, July-August, August-October.

History

The first for Dumfries & Galloway was of a leaf-mine found at Whithorn, Wigtownshire, on 12th October 1958 by E. C. Pelham-Clinton, while the firsts for Dumfriesshire and Kirkcudbrightshire were found at unknown sites by persons unknown prior to 1985 (MOGBI data).
