History

The first for Dumfries & Galloway was of leaf-mines found at Caulkerbush, Kirkcudbrightshire, on 12th October 1952 by E. C. Pelham-Clinton, while the first for Dumfriesshire was found at an unknown site by a person unknown prior to 1985 (BRC/MOGBI data).
