Larvae: May-June between two leaves spun together at the margins.  Adults:  July-August.

Larval foodplants

Hawthorn species, Quince, apple species, Prunus species (plum, cherry, Blackthorn), Pear, rose species, Rubus species (Bramble etc).

History

The first for Dumfries & Galloway was found at Meikle Ross, Kirkcudbrightshire, on 3rd August 2002.
